The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of our services, website, and any transactions you may have with Subiworx. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, so please read them carefully.
General Conditions
- Service Appointments: Appointments can be scheduled through our website, over the phone, or in person at our shop. We recommend scheduling in advance to ensure availability.
- Service Estimates: Estimates for repair or service costs are provided based on the initial assessment of the vehicle. Final costs may vary depending on the actual work needed. Customers will be notified of any changes to the estimated cost before additional work is performed.
- Parts and Labor: All parts and labor come with a warranty for a specified period or mileage, whichever comes first. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidents or misuse, or modifications made after the service.
- Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services. Subiworx accepts cash, credit cards, and debit cards. A detailed invoice will be provided outlining all services performed and parts supplied.
- Vehicle Storage: Vehicles left at Subiworx for more than 48 hours after the service completion notification may be subject to a daily storage fee unless prior arrangements have been made.
Website Use
- Content: The content on the Subiworx website is for informational purposes only. We strive to ensure that information is accurate and up-to-date but do not warrant its completeness or accuracy.
- User Conduct: Users are expected to use the website responsibly and not engage in any activity that could harm the website or its users. This includes spreading malware, engaging in fraudulent activities, or posting harmful or illegal content.
Modifications to Terms
Subiworx reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications to these Terms indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide services to you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona.
